Return and exchange policy
At Elite, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You may return any product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the item is in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use or damage.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
